Here is our travel itinerary for about the first 15 -20 days.

As told before, we are beginning our journey in Thailand, going eastwards to Vietnam which will be the main event of this adventure.

We are landing in Bangkok on the morning of 26th January, and we are staying in the capital city of Thailand for just 2 nights, after which we will be heading towards the border with Cambodia.

On 28th we will already be in Siem Reap, Cambodia, that will be our base for 3 days in order to visit the majestic ruines of Angkor Wat.

We will then be going south through the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, but we will only stop once we arrive in Sihanoukville, a coastal city that faces the Gulf of Thailand. From there, a ferry will bring us to Koh Rong Island, where we will enjoy a 5-day Holiday on a proper tropical Island!

Going back to the mainland, in the first week of February, we will cross the Vietnamese border, direction Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon. After celebrating lunar new year’s eve, our climb back up of Vietnam will begin: we will visit several cities and regions going north, until we arrive in Danang, where we will stop and settle, but just for a while…
